If radio airplay is any indication of how good a band is, then Grand Atlantic is certainly a band to follow as the list of stations spinning tracks from their sophomore release How We Survive is growing every day.

Playing a mixture of melodic, hard-hitting Australian indie rock and polished Beatlesk tones, Grand Atlantic already have tracks from the new album featured on Triple J’s Unearthed podcast as well as Radio Orphans, Dalecast, and The Get Up Rotation, with more adding them to rotation each day. Internet radio stations everywhere from Belgium to Russia have been playing songs and the band were also on AusTrade in LA’s – œPlanetary’ Compilation, a college radio sampler of the best emerging music in Australia, resulting in extensive radio play in the US college market. Now, Australian radio is embracing How We Survive with airplay on Melbourne’s RRR & PBS, Sydney’s FBI and SER, JJJ nationally and 4ZZZ in their hometown of Brisbane, where the band are at #2 for overall plays on the station.
