Handsome Furs tour

With a virtuoso second album Face Control released in March, Montreal husband and wife team Handsome Furs is headed our way in August. Dan Boeckner (who also leads Sub Pop stars Wolf Parade) and Alexi Perry are no strangers to critical acclaim. Joining in the chorus of praise, our reviewer described Face Control as “melding the chaotic sounds of Wolf Parade, the beats of Elvis Costello, and the lushness of New Order synth.”
Handsome Furs is currently doing the rounds of North America, before heading to Europe for the summer festival season. Fans in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth will then get a chance to witness the duo in up close and personal surrounds.
Handsome Furs play the following shows in August. Tickets on sale Friday 19 June.

Sunday 30 – Amplifier, Perth
