Fear Factory to tear it upagain
Thu 11th Jun, 2009 in Local News
Metal veterans Fear Factory make their way back to Australia this August, with formidable guitarist Dino Cazares back on board. The band has had various shifts in personnel throughout its history, but this tour sees Cazares sharing a stage with frontman Burton C. Bell, bassist Byron Stroud and recent recruit Gene Hoglan behind the drum-kit.
Fear Factory has always enjoyed a raucous reception in Australia, not least for their – œmystery act’ slot at Big Day Out in 2004. Despite the absence of Christian Olde Wolbers and Raymond Herrera, these winter shows are sure to do justice to the band’s weighty legacy.
Fear Factory plays these shows in August. Tickets on sale Thursday 18 June.

Thu 20 August – Tivoli, Brisbane (18+)
