COASTER FESTIVAL WAS HUGE – CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS.

After the sell-out success of last year’s inaugural edition, Coaster Festival returns to the Central Coast this September with an impressive line-up. Gosford Showgrounds will host some of Australia’s most tried-and-true festival acts alongside a handful of international guests. Once again, FasterLouder will be packing our overnight bag and road-tripping along!

Out-of-towners on the 2009 bill include UK nu-rave upstarts Does It Offend You, Yeah?, Wu-Tang Clan legend GZA/Genius, post-punk five-piece The Airborne Toxic Event and Los Angeles rock juggernaut The Bronx. The home-team is well represented by headliners Eskimo Joe, Bliss N Eso and British India, with some of – œour’ rowdiest live bands – Children Collide, The Fumes, The Scare – rounding out the list. Coaster has promised these names are “just the tip of the iceberg”, so expect a very big day out in Gosford.
