With their new single Python For A Pillow recently being voted as Rage’s indie clip of the week, Sydney duo The Fumes are quickly garnering a legion of fans with their low-slung garage rock stylings.
Coming off a recent overseas tour which saw the band play in Toronto, Los Angeles, New York, Japan and culminating in a show at SXSW in Austin, Texas, The Fumes are set to thunder around Australia on their tour bus in support of their new album Sundancer – which is set to explode into stores on 8 May.
Support for the Perth shows comes from The Protectors – the Newcastle lads who have have built a reputation as being one of the most intense live acts in the country and will be fresh from supporting the Eagles of Death Metal.
The Fumes play Amplifier Bar on Friday 12 June and Norfolk Basment on Saturday 13 June.
