It was a tight race at the Brisbane Garage 2 V final last night, but rock – œn roll ruffians Villains Of Wilhelm emerged the victor. Despite fierce competition from PJ Reh, Drawn From Bees and The Gallant, the judging panel was won over by the Villains’ raw and gritty live show.
The lads have earned themselves a spot on the Virgin Mobile Stage at the Brisbane V Festival. If they prevail at the national final, they’ll be joining the full V Fest tour as a mainstage act. Top work from everyone on the night – and good luck to the Villains!
