The four day 2009 FUSE Festival and Conference kicks on Thursday March 5.

Combining showcasing gigs of local and interstate talent along with panel sessions from some of the biggest names in the industry.

International attendees include big names like Mike Gormley of The Bangles fame who is currently the co-president of LA management company Yes, Dear Entertainment. Multi-talented compatriot Peter Jesperson who is the Senior Vice President/A&R at New West Records (*Kris Kristofferson, Ben Lee, Steve Earle*) will also be making the trans-Pacific journey. Among those heralding from the motherland is Stephen Budd; the co-founder of SuperVision Management (*Franz Ferdinand, the Kaiser Chiefs, White Lies* and The Cribs). And that’s just a taster of the full international speaker line up.

The national speakers are just as massive with Glenn Wheatley – famous for making John Farnham, Pseudo Echo and Delta Goodrem huge and taking the Australian music scene to the world – returning to the public eye after time in the slammer.
