When the power blew at the Nine Inch Nails show in Sydney on Tuesday night, the band’s documentarian Rob Sheridan was on hand with his video camera. Sheridan’s footage captures the tense mood backstage, and Trent Reznor’s determination to return to the stage and deliver a full set.

With the crowd left in the the lurch for close to 45 minutes, things could’ve turned nasty. Lucky then that Nine Inch Nails fans are such a reasonable bunch. The video is well worth a look for its happy ending…and a bit of Reznor perving, if you so desire.
