Wrapping up January with the last of the xmas paper from last year, turned inside out with flowers drawn on it, DigitalJunglist took his lightbox to the Bakery and got an eyeful of Warriorqueen’s in the process. See all of the raunchy results here.
New regular Stollie711 gave the Boys of Summer Tour a covering, while squagz got his tea-cosy on with the Rasta constituent (and wannabes) of Perth, and had a damn good time, as he testified See for yourself, (or see yourself if you were there) because Stuo’s gallery is all good, all of the time.

Devils Kitchen 2009 promised to cook you dinner, and Jessica_Kill should have taken them up on the offer, rather than the round-the-corner-burger-bar. (but honestly, who goes into a burger bar and buys chick peas?) You can read her review of the bits she managed to see in between bouts of nausea and bits of carrot. It’s sad that we didn’t get to hear about the headliners, but word on the street is that they’re good, so they’ll be back. Next time we won’t send a vego to a meat party.

A big Irish shindig a’la Swell Season in Freo impressed the pants off Jeifer as you can see and Mulzy made his debut as a gig shooter, showing some promise here

Cinema Prague released an album they recorded mostly a decade ago, but it’s still good; and Jeifer had this much fun at the launch. The charming Gusto was there too, taking pics of you having the fun Thank god for the interwebs.

DigitalJunglist took some time out from his joyous life to go see how the maudlin live, or at least hear stories of murder and heartbreak from the lovely Schvendes and he took these pics too, so you can see for yourself just how lovely they are You’d never believe the tales they tell by looking at them… maybe you should go and see for yourself.

The final bit of truth unwrapped by this week’s gigs was described for you by frog_e when she unwound at the quarry under the stars with the best of the Whitlams soothing her savage heart.

Next week we’ll have tales of big days and laneways, but if you want to know first, you should check out the all about the music forum where a debate has been raging ever since Sunday over the best ways to sneak dogs into a festival (among other things). Better still, get yourself out there, find one of our shooters, and we’ll make you famous!
