Virginian punk rock band, Strike Anywhere, will headline Brisbane’s Children of the Swarm 3 festival to be held at Brisbane’s RNA Showgrounds later this year.

The festival is set to be a highlight of this year’s hardcore calendar, with a bill packed full of some of the most promising punk and hardcore bands from Queensland, interstate and overseas.

Hoping to fill a noticeable gap in the market for punk rock festivals, this year’s Children Of The Swarm will feature two stages and be open to all ages.

New Zealand’s Sommerset are the only other International band in the lineup which will be announced in it’s entirety next week.

But for now, here are the details:

Saturday 2nd April, RNA Showgrounds, Brisbane

Strike Anywhere, Sommerset, The Nation Blue, Parkway Drive, Morti Veventi, The Disables, From These Wounds, The Scare, Community Cervix, Razorhurst, Asleep At The Scene and 15 more acts to be announced.

Tickets are $48 and are on sale Friday 4th February.
