SPOD and Totally Michael tour

Getting 2009 off to a roaring start, Popfrenzy will unleash SPOD and Totally Michael on the East Coast in January. FasterLouder is stoked to be coming along for the ride too.

You might not be familiar with the name Totally Michael, but he’s quite the whirlwind. Straight out of Indiana, his bastard blend of punk, pop and party jams has earned him blog-hero status. He’s got an equal in local boy SPOD, whose dedication to frenzied live shows is well-documented. Basically, it’s as unhinged a double bill as you’re likely to see for some time. The two acts will play joint shows in Brisbane, Canberra and Melbourne, while Totally Michael joins Metronomy at the Beck’s Festival Bar in Sydney.
