Having delivered one of the year’s most exciting albums (not to mention its best CD jacket), Of Montreal will treat us to its Technicolour live show in 2009. Spearheaded by the fabulously unhinged mind of Kevin Barnes, the band is a loose collection of like-minded kooks.

Of Montreal was announced as one of the headline acts for the 2009 Golden Plains Festival, but the rest of the country won’t be missing out. Tickets to all club shows go on sale Friday 5 December.
