With four releases under their belt – Tiger Army I; Tiger Army II: The Power Of Moonlight; The Early Years EP and their latest, Tiger Army III: Ghost Tigers Rule, US psychobilly outfit Tiger Army are about to hit Australian shores and show local crowds exactly why they’re the kings of the hard’n’fast in the States.

The three-piece plays dates in March to support their newest album. Playing together since inception in East Bay, San Francisco in 1996, the band has grown musically over the years, and now find themselves equally driven by ‘80s darkpop kings Depeche Mode, The Smiths and The Cure as they do hardcore punk. But whatever the musical mixture, one thing is sure – the band’s live show will kick some Aussie arse.
