Nevereverland Moved to Belvoir

Modular’s 10th Birthday Party, Nevereverland has changed venue. It has been announced today that instead of taking place at members Equity Stadium in Highgate, Nevereverland will now be at Belvoir Amphitheatre.

No reason has been given for the change of venue, but given the number of trendy locals moving into the East Perth/Highgate area, and the number of live music venues that have been subsequently closed down because the locals moved in and then complained about noise, prompting councils to impose new noise restrictions which, to comply will mean a fortune in soundproofing for venues, or sound shutoff at 10pm, it is likely that the move means a louder, longer party at Belvoir. Not to mention a much better view of the stage for everyone, and a nicer place to dance.

Of course, all tickets purchased for Members Equity will be honoured at Belvoir, where you’ll get a more up close and personal view of The Presets, Klaxons, Cut Copy, Hercules & Love Affair and Whitest Boy Alive among others.
