Were you there when The Pixies stole the show at V Festival 07? Or perhaps when Billy Corgan donned his Diva hat and demanded The Presets turn down their music at V Festival 08? Well, it’s time to get ready for the next installment of festival goodness because V Festival 2009 is upon us.

Heading up the line-up for V Festival 2009 will be the kings of Vegas, The Killers, who will be prancing and shimming alongside the lads who made us all cry in the last season of Gray’s Anatomy, Snow Patrol.

Doing it for the local lads, Modular wunderkinds and psychedelic hopefuls, Tame Impala, will be rounding off a massive year by joining the bill. Alongside them will be Melbourne faves, The Temper trap and Canyons.
