She’s one of 2008’s most hyped new artists, and this summer she’s heading to Australia for the first time ever. Described by many as the missing link between M.I.A. and Karen O of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Santogold has released one of the year’s most acclaimed albums, made all the more impressive considering it’s her debut.

Santogold recently collaborated with the one and only Diplo on the mixtape Top Ranking. Across the NYE and NYD period Santogold will appear at a stack of our finest summer-time festivals, and it’s just been announced she’ll also squeeze in her own headline shows for Sydney and Melbourne.
