Beginning with Holly Throsby’s gentle melodies described for you here by the lovely Rock Princess then followed up by a slightly more indie experience for Gunnhilder who reviewed Elora Danan while Sharpshooter shot sharply.
At the same time, williamb was taking a packed lunch on down to Freo to hook these portraits of JacksonJackson while ashryn was at the Rocket Room experiencing the most exquisite ear drum torture, -the pain of it enough to stave off her need for another piercing, for a few weeks at least, all thanks to the Injured Ninja. And that was just Saturday night!
Ali Judd got some moshing in with Mammal in between taking pics of Zeek and his redecorating ideas. Stumbeline and garage double teamed to bring you both words and pictures of the unpixie; Black Francis who gave them two gigs for the price of one. Shichi fell down in the desert baby, and she came back with these pieces of paper so you didn’t need to make the pilgrimage yourself, but we know you will next year, because the Wave Rock Weekender is shaping up to be the next big Perth festival.
Not to be outdone, what is looking to become the Fasterlouder dancing team headed into the penultimate Heavyweight Soundz of 2008, where DigitalJunglist jotted down these musings, while stuo had a bit of a jump around in between taking these pictures of your mad dancing skills
