Bright lights of this year’s St Jerome’s Laneway Festival, wide-eyed indie-pop collective Stars are back next January. Locking in headline shows for Sydney and Brisbane, we’re speculating that they may make an appearance at the inaugural All Tomorrow’s Parties festival in Victoria…
The impetus for the return visit is new EP, Sad Robots, which adds to an already rich repertoire. The Canadian five-piece’s beguiling live show should prove the perfect start to 2009.
Stars play two stellar dates in January. Tickets on sale Friday 19 September.
