Once again, the camaraderie of the local music industry bursts forth as five of Perth’s hottest bands line up to help a good mate. Dave Carter’s PA and van were stolen a couple of weeks back, so The Dirty Secrets, The Panda Band, The Kill Devil hills, Mink Mussel Creek and Circuits of the Sun have lined up to play a benefit gig to give him a hand.

Dave is the live soundie for The Kill Devils, Mink Mussels as well as a stack of other local artists. He’s one of the good sound guys that we love so much here in gig-listening-land. He’s the one who is always smiling, and giving a hand to everyone else, so these five bands have joined forces to make sure there is someone to help him out when he needs it most.

Reload is on at the Bakery on 6th September, and all proceeds will be donated to Dave to help him replace his PA and equipment so he can continue to make sure our local bands can afford to sound great.
