On Saturday 18 October, Aussie rock royals AC/DC will unveil their first studio album in eight years.
Black Ice is the result of the band’s sessions at the Warehouse Studio in Vancouver, where they worked with veteran producer Brendan O’Brien. AC/DC has emerged with 15 foot-stomping, rabble-rousing anthems, including lead single Rock ‘N’ Roll Train, due to hit radio on 28 August. As previously reported, AC/DC will head out on a world tour beginning late-October. The last time they boarded the rock ‘n roll train was in 2001 following the release of Stiff Upper Lip. There’s a lot of catching up to do!
Black Ice hits stores 18 October through SonyBMG. Stay tuned to FL for updates.
