Two of indie-pop’s brightest lights, Yves Klein Blue and The Holidays, are set to share stages around the country this October on the ‘Immaculate Confection’ tour. FasterLouder will be chaperoning the whole way, too.
It’s been all go, go, go for the boys from Yves Klein Blue. They were one of the standouts of Splendour (and won us over backstage too), having finessed their live show over back-to-back tours. A debut album is in the works, so the ‘Immaculate Confection’ jaunt will be their last before going into studio lock-down. The Holidays have been enjoying a similarly giddy time of late, with plenty of juicy support slots and club gigs.
In true democratic style, this double-headline tour will see the bands rotating the top spot, with a local warm-up band in each city. Party times guaranteed.
