There are still plenty of Brisbaneites out there for whom October was traditionally the month of when Livid rocked out, first at Davies Park, and then at the bigger RNA showgrounds, and it was sad to see the festival discontinued.
Well, October is back, bigger and better then ever, this time courtesy of the Sounds Of Spring festival. The festival will feature four stages, and over 40 different acts, from rock to hip-hop, electro to roots, punk to indie, and more.
And now, the first bunch of acts have been announced, and it’s an absolute corker!
Headliners Cog, Spiderbait and The Herd, will be joined by Dukes of Windsor, The Getaway Plan, Dappled Cities, Muph & Plutonic, The Spazzy’s, Whitley, The Dirty Secrets, Young & Restless, Epicure, Screamfeeder, The Gin Club, The Galvatrons, Dardanelles, Intercooler, Root (ex Tism) and Mary Trembles, plus more to be announced!
Tickets for this special event will be just $75 +bf, with Early Bird specials available for $65 +bf. But extra keen punters can register for a special pre-release of tickets for just $55. To register, visit www.soundsofspring.com.au
