The perennially cool Barry Adamson will arrive in Melbourne next weekend for a one-off show at Pure Pop Records. He’s heading down from London town to promote his latest album, Back to the Cat, “a musical odyssey through noir jazz, sun-drenched pop ballads, fractious urban funk, devilish gospel, heavenly blues and subversive soul.” The show precedes his national tour throughout June (see below for dates).
Catch his in-store performance at Pure Pop Records in St. Kilda on Monday 21 April.
