It’s time to polish those gumboots and air out the tents kids because our favourite weekend of mid-winter musical mayhem, Splendour In The Grass, will be returning in its eighth year on Saturday August 2nd and Sunday August 3rd 2008.
Despite rumours that it may have been shifting venues, the organisers have confirmed that Splendour will be remaining, for this year, at the beautiful Belongil Fields in Byron Bay, where it has been held for the past seven years.
Tickets for Splendour In The Grass 2008 will go on sale in May and the lineup, which has been more hotly debated than Britney’s mental health, will finally be revealed in late April. So stay tuned for all the goss on who will be visiting our shores this August. We’ve even started sleuthing ourselves!
