Bootleg hits the road, presented by FL!

Melbourne indie institution Bootleg is setting out on a mini-tour this March, taking its failsafe party formula to venues in Melbourne, Geelong and Adelaide.
For those who don’t know, Bootleg is the shindig for Melbourne’s sneaker-scuffing indie kids and miscellaneous scensters. Over the past three years, they’ve welcomed the likes of Louis XIV, Midnight Juggernauts, British India and Wolf and Cub, among many other rock desirables. A Bootleg night throws together live performances, guest DJs, VJing and whole lot of boozy embraces.
To share some of that love, the party is hitting the road with Lady Strangelove, Jarvis Jay and a gaggle of DJs and VJs. If you’re not au fait with Lady Strangelove, have a look at our interview with the psychedelic quartet. They’ve recently done the Adelaide Big Day Out and Laneway Festival, and possess the kind of sound that makes kids freak. Similarly, Jarvis Jay “play loud, swirling, melody-driven mayhem”, ensuring a truly unhinged evening.
Bootleg boards the tour bus in late March, proudly presented by FasterLouder.
