Eskimo Joe, The Sun PIlots, Peregrine Lior, Gotye and Stone Parade are amongst the finalists in the prestigious International Songwriting Competition. Eskimo Joe has walked away from the nominations with quite a coup – being the first act in the competition’s history to be nominated for three tracks ( New York, Black Fingernails Red Wine, and London Bombs )

This year’s competition attracted some 15000 entries from over 100 countries – Australia had a strong showing in the comp picking up nominations in most categories.
