The Red Jumpsuit Apparatuscancel tour
Thu 24th Jan, 2008 in Local News
Jacksonville natives The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus have regrettably cancelled their national dates with the Soundwave Festival, citing a conflict with recording sessions.
The band is set to release a new album later this year, and are about to enter the studio.
“With deep regret, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus has cancelled our upcoming scheduled appearances in Australia in February and March,” singer Ronnie Winter said in a statement. “Unfortunately, many times in this business, situations arise, both personally and professionally, that force acts to alter touring schedules with little or no notice at all. This is one of those times.
“We apologise to the promoter, and most importantly, to our extremely loyal Australian fans, and promise to do all we can to come back later in the year and put on an incredible rock show for all of you. Thank you sincerely for your understanding.”
Red Jumpsuit Apparatus will not be appearing at the following shows. Ticket refunds are available from the point of purchase.
Saturday 23 Feb – Soundwave Festival, Riverstage & Parklands
Sunday 24 Feb – Soundwave Festival, Sydney Park
Tuesday 26 Feb – The Metro Theatre (sideshow)
