Dream Theater show shifted

Prog-metal gods Dream Theater touch down in Perth to kick off their Australian tour this weekend and, just to keep their fans on their toes, there’s been an eleventh-hour change of venue.
The gig on Saturday (yes, that’s Australia Day, January 26) was set to take place at Challenge Stadium but has been moved across town to the Burswood Theatre.
Fans should bear in mind that the gig coincides with the Lotterywest Skyworks, which is bound to cause delays on roads and parking space will be in high demand. The Burswood Theatre is a short walk from Burswood train station and there will be extra bus and train services running throughout the night.
Tickets for the show are still available but are likely to sell out soon. General admission tickets will set you back $129.35, while reserved seating tickets cost $106.25 through Ticketek.
