Dappled Cities return to Australia for their first string of headline dates since relocating to New York City in mid-2007. Joining Dappled Cities on this unmissable February run are Sparkadia and The Seabellies. It’s a trifecta of Australia’s most amazing music. To limber up, Dappled Cities will be touring with LCD Soundsystem and a couple of the Big Day Out festivals on the side.

Having toured the US relentlessly over the past year the band are in tip-top shape and expect to premier a truckload of brand new tracks that have been written for their forthcoming album.

Dappled Cities are most excited about showcasing their new material to Australian audiences, before they lock themselves away to work on album number three. The tour will include two consecutive nights in Sydney’s Oxford Arts centre – including a romantic Valentine’s Day show. Sparkadia will use this tour as a springboard to a period in the UK, and The Seabellies will introduce themselves to a national audience for the very first time.
