Fiction Plane are making their maiden voyage to Australia in support of The Police and have added two headline shows to their tour.
Since their inception in 2000, Fiction Plane have developed a strong following which was fuelled by the release of their debut album Everything Will Never Be OK.
Fiction Plane will tour Australia in support of their second album Left Side of the Brain. Produced by Paul Corkett ( Radiohead, Tori Amos ), Left Side of the Brain has drawn much attention. The Cincinnati Post mused: “It has a power pop sound reminiscent of U2, but lyrically is closer to the dark grunge mood of Smashing Pumpkins and Nirvana.”
