Resin Dogs back on the road
Wed 19th Dec, 2007 in Local News
Their superb new album More hit the record shops this year, but it’s been rather quiet in terms of Resin Dogs live shows in 2007. But never fear, because they’ll be putting their decade worth of live experience back to work for a whopping 13 national dates this January as part of the – œSummer Beach Festival’ tour.
If you’ve been going out for the last decade or so then there’s little doubt you would have come across the funk, hip hop and breaks fusion of the Resin Dogs, but you could be forgiven for thinking they’d disappeared over the past few years. The truth is they’ve been hitting the clubs overseas and playing gigs all over the world, but with their latest album More finally in the stores they’ll be taking it to Australian audiences again. Tracks like Definition and Coming With The Sound have already been getting heaps of airplay, and you can read the review on our sibling site ITM HERE.
Bringing a special – œDeck N Drums’ show, the band’s front men Katch and Dave Dog will be teaming up with MC DNO from the UK and as well as Abstract Rude, who guest starred on several cuts on the More album.
