No need to wait - it's newsongs from the Grates!
Thu 13th Dec, 2007 in Local News
Dew Process sure know how to throw a party. Last year’s Christmas party saw Expatriate unveil some of their new material, while on this past Tuesday night Brisbane pop-rockers The Grates showed us what’s stuffed in their cannon, ready to explode in 2008.
The Grates riddled their set with new material, including new songs Earthquake, Aw Yeah, 2 Kinds Of Right, Blue November, Carve Yr Name and Burn Then Bridges. The new songs slid perfectly into the awesome Grates set which had the crowd bouncing and cheering along.
The Grates were joined on the night by new Brisbane signing Yves Klein Blue, Melbourne’s Whitley, and Dr Dog from Philadelphia. This diverse range of acts kept the sold out Zoo enraptured into the early hours of the morning.
Unfortunately there is no official release date for the follow up to the acclaimed Gravity Won’t Get You High.
To celebrate Dew Process’s fifth birthday, FasterLouder have a special prize pack to give away – consisting of all of Dew Process’s recent releases – worth over $400! To enter, simply visit the competition page and complete your details.
