Sinead O’Connor, Don McLean and John Fogerty head the list of confirmed acts for 2008’s West Coast Blues & Roots Festival in Fremantle.

The trio lead an impressive list of acts named to play the two-day festival that will take place at the Fremantle Esplanade on March 15 and 16. And joining them are the likes of Buddy Guy, Ozomatli, former Stone Roses frontman Ian Brown, Ozomatli and WA’s favourite adopted local, Jeff Martin.

There’s plenty of home-grown acts on the bill as well, with Eskimo Joe, Angus and Julia Stone, Lior and Xavier Rudd all lining up.

Tickets go on sale through www.sunsetevents.com.au and Ticketek. Presale tickets will be available from Monday December 10, while regular sales start on December 15. Day tickets will set you back $125, while weekend passes are $190. VIP tickets are also available at $250 per day and $400 for the weekend.
