Three of the country’s most popular singer songwriters Tim Freedman, Ohad Rein (Old Man River) and Joel Plaskett (yeah, he’s Canadian – but we love him) will be hitting the road for a triple header tour in 2008 taking in most of the East Coast.

2007 has been a great year for all three artists – Freedman’s band The Whitlams performed a series of sold out gigs backed by a Symphony Orchestra at the Sydney Opera House; Ohad has found national exposure thanks to his catchy pop song La and Plaskett pleased thousands of fans when he toured Australia with his band earlier this year before picking up the Songwriter of the Year gong at the Canadian East Coast Music Awards.
