Missy Higgins talks "fluidsexuality"

One of Australia’s most successful musical exports, Missy Higgins has appeared on the cover of national lesbian magazine Cherrie under the title, ‘Missy Higgins on life, music and not being straight.’

When asked in the interview if she identified with the magazine’s motto of “not-so-straight girls”, the singer-songwriter answered, “Um, yeah, definitely.”

“I think a lot of people fall under that broad umbrella term,” she continued. “I think sexuality is a fluid thing and it’s becoming increasingly more acceptable to admit that you’re that way.”
