If you’d planned on headline down south for this summer’s Southbound festival but hadn’t got yourself a ticket, then we’ve got some bad news for you. That’s right, all 20,000 tickets to the Busselton festival’s 2008 installment have been sold.
And to celebrate yet another roaring success at the box office, Sunset Events have confirmed the final additions to the lineup. Representing the best of the WA music scene, Institut Polaire, New Rules for Boats and Abbe May and the Rockin’ Pneumonia will all play the exclusive campsite stage on Friday January 4.
There’s plenty more scheduled for January 5, though, with Muscles, DJ Nick Toth and Sydney band The Paper Scissors heading the list. Also included are WASAMBA, Organikdance, Matty Blades, The Debauchery Bros, Sawami Adima, Charlie Bucket, Pussy Shoogah,
Namu, Loco Ren, Sammy J, Bilsby, Jim Pearson, B Still, DJ Gorky, Sharif Galal, Micah, Swami Adima, Charlie Bucket and Phil Cooker.
There’s plenty more to Southbound than just the bands though, with the campsite cinema, karaoke, Coconut Club, the healing circle and open mic… for all the goss on what’s happening at southbound, head to www.sunsetevents.com.au.
