The Australian Independent Record Labels Association (otherwise known as AIR) is an annual event that recognizes and honours the outstanding accomplishments of 100% independent Australian artists. AIR recently announced this year’s nominees which include artists such as Hilltop Hoods, John Butler Trio, Birds of Tokyo, Wolf & Cub, Sneaky Sound System, Ash Grunwald and heaps more. AIR has also just released the 2007 show’s performance line-up. Blue King Brown, Urthboy, the Ben Winkleman Trio and British India are sure to make this year’s performances both diverse and exciting. The 2007 ceremony is being held December 10 at The Toff In Town in Melbourne.
