The Smallgoods are bringing their mystical harmony-drenched pop to Brunswick in November, setting up camp at the Edinburgh Castle for a four week residency. Beginning on November 8, the Smallgoods will play every Thursday in November accompanied by different surprise special guests each week, as they perform tracks from their latest album, Down on the Farm.

After extended recording and a public hiatus, the release of the long-awaited Down on the Farm in August has heralded a renaissance for the Smallgoods. Down on the Farm has enjoyed a glowing reception, with regular airplay on triple j, and strong support from community radio stations 3RRR, 3PBS, 2SER, 4ZZZ and 6RTR, as well as regular rotation on FBi in Sydney.

In addition to climbing the airwaves, the Smallgoods have been celebrating their latest release with a series of exceptional live shows around the country. Following their Edinburgh Castle residency, the Smallgoods hit the big time in December when they take their farmyard flavour to the stage at the esoteric Meredith Music Festival. Sharing a billing alongside colossal acts such as The Gossip, Art Brut and Midnight Juggernauts, the Smallgoods’ steadily burning star has well and truly started its rise.
