Beck's Festival Bar Line-UpsAnnounced

It’s one of the stars of the summer season, and in 2008 the Sydney Festival’s Beck’s Festival Bar is returning to the Hyde Park Barracks with some of its strongest line-ups yet.

Over a succession of balmy nights in January, the inimitable venue will be treated to a true spectrum of contemporary music. Prepare to get familiar with the place (not to mention the taste of Beck’s), because every night’s a winner.

The reasons to be excited include the chance to see New York’s Battles up close and incendiary for the Warp label showcase, Bonde Do Role and Spank Rock bringing the party on separate FBi nights, multi-lingual ten-piece Babylon Circus filling the summer air with Afro-funk rhythms and much, much more…
