Lovers of dance, electronic and hip-hop rejoice – Good Vibrations returns this summer with probably its biggest lineup yet.

After a series of cryptic clues emerged two weeks ago, the folk over at inthemix managed to crack 18 of the 19 acts, including hip-hop megastar Kanye West, indie-dance crossover act The Rapture and the man who invented disco, Calvin Harris.

And there’s more! Cypress Hill and Katalyst will add to the festival’s massive rap contingent, while Thievery Corporation ’s 20-piece live band will make them one of the summer’s must-see acts.

And the list just keeps going. James Zabiela, Pharoahe Monch, A-Trak & Kid Sister, Sinden, K-OS, High Contrast & MC Wrec, Pigeon John Surkin, 16 Bit Lolitas, The Bag Raiders, Radioclit, Beat Vandals and The Stafford Brothers round out the first swag of bands confirmed.

But with such a massive lineup there has to be a hitch. After ousting Fiddy in the head-to-head of the millennium, Kanye is hot property for the 2008 Grammy Awards, so he won’t be able to make the Gold Coast event on February 10.
