Following packed album launches in Melbourne and Sydney, Ben Birchall and the Corrections soldier on with a run of shows in November, performing tracks from their impassioned debut album Last Ditch Brigade .

Recorded over 18 months with producer Matt Maddock, Last Ditch Brigade is a mix of spiky pop, mournful bar room ballads and sing-along choruses. Occasionally recalling Birchall’s heroes Elvis Costello, Bruce Springsteen and John Lennon, it’s the sound of a band having one last roll of the dice, and throwing a seven.
