Fremantle Arts Centre will play host to a unique series of gigs over the next six weeks, with three of WA’s most prominent musicians lining up to play with pedal steel legend Lucky Oceans.

Kicking off tomorrow (October 25) night, the Sonic Sessions gigs feature Lucky performing with Dave Hole (October 25), The Waifs’ Josh Cunningham and Ben Franz (November 8) and Eskimo Joe frontman Kav Temperley (December 6). The gigs take place in the Arts Centre’s inner courtyard and feature a mix of performance, conversation and jamming, with Oceans playing host at all three. On November 22 Pete Stone takes the interviewer’s chair as Oceans takes on the role of headliner, showing off the talents that won him two Grammy Awards.
