Not content with headline gigs at The Bakery (Friday) and the Newport (Sunday), The Panics will celebrate the runaway success of new album Cruel Guards with a headline gig at the Rosemount on Saturday night.
Cruel Guards is fast becoming the band’s most successful release to date, flying off shelves quicker than you can say “please don’t move to England and forget your hometown”. And if the band’s last gig at the Rosemount is anything to go by, you’ll need to rock up early, as queues snaked around the block and further down the road than any international band could manage.
Never ones to rest on their laurels, Red Jezebel will follow up last Saturday’s impressive album launch gig, slotting in as support act before they head off to tour the east coast with The Exploders and The Mares. And rounding out the triple-header of Perth’s best, The Bank Holidays – also celebrating an album release – will open the bill.
Tickets are $17+bf from “Moshtix”:http://www.moshtix.com.au, “BOCS”:http://www.bocsticketing.com.au, Mill’s Records, Planet Video, Galaxy Entertainment, Jumbo Entertainment and 78 Records or $20 at the door (if available).
