The Pipettes – the UK’s answer to the all girl groups of the 60s – will be adding sideshows to their trip down under this summer. The trio are scheduled to play at Falls Festival and now additional gigs in Sydney and Melbourne.

The Pipettes are probably best known to Aussie audiences for their single Your Kisses are Wasted on Me which got quite a flogging on radio earlier this year…

Recently signed to Universal, the band’s CD We Are the Pipettes is out now.
