With tickets well on their way to selling out yet again, Busselton’s Southbound festival has just got even bigger.
Just over a month after organisers Sunset Events dealt us our first serving of tasty treats, they’ve come up trumps yet again, confirming 10 more names for the January 4-5 event.
Leading the charge are Australian icons Spiderbait and Regurgitator plus Hottest 100 winners Augie March, while Brazilians Bonde Do Role will bring their eclectic sounds when they head out west. British all-girl act The Pipettes are also set to appear, as well as Operator Please, The Herd and Mattafix. And in keeping with Southbound’s tradition of promoting the best of WA talent, The Panics and rising stars The Dirty Secrets have also been added to the bill.
They join the likes of Headliners Kings of Leon and Groove Armada, as well as blues-infused fuzz rock trio Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and Brighton party collective The Go! Team.
