Operator Please head off onnational tour

Operator Please will be touring the nation in October and November just in time to prepare punters for upcoming debut album Yes Yes Vindictive, due to drop in November.

The gigs will mark the band’s first live shows since being nominated for two ARIAs (Best Pop Release and Breakthrough Artist – Single) and an Artisan Award. Tickets for the shows go on sale October 3.

Support for all shows will come from Van She and Soft Tigers.

Operator Please Get What You Want tour:

Thursday October 30: The Annandale, Sydney
Friday November 2: Corner Hotel, Melbourne
Saturday November 3: Governor Hindmarsh, Adelaide
Sunday November 4: Amplifier Bar, Perth
Tuesday November 6: The Zoo, Brisbane

Yes Yes Vindictive is in stores November 10

I think they are classifying it as their first tour as its a fully preorginised thing, rather than a bunch of headlining shows. Thats my guess

Love them they are just great, so original and the meaning behind all the lyrics moves me everytime. They are the best Australian band since Lash!!!

I love how they only shoot the singer from the neck up. It's like the Fall Out Boy singer in all of their clips... maybe they don't want us to know something?

Saw these guys at the TINIEST bar at the start of the year...barely thirty people watching but by the end of their set the place was raving!.....now they are getting commercial airplay, the critics come in droves!
