The Exploders hit the stores
Sat 8th Sep, 2007 in Local News
After successfully launching their new album Easy and the Sun across the country, including a sell out show at the Northcote Social Club, The Exploders will make two special in-store appearances in Victoria this month.
The Exploders will perform and sign copies of their new album at Leading Edge Music in Geelong on Friday September 21 from 3.30pm, and at Capricorn Leading Edge Music in Warnambool on Saturday September 22 from 12.00pm.
The Exploders will also play the High Vibes Festival at the Northcote Social Club on Sunday September 23, sharing the stage with San Lazaro, Love of Diagrams, The Specimens and many more.
Easy and the Sun was recorded with Stuart Sikes in Texas ( Cat Power, Modest Mouse, White Stripes), with Australian producer Dave Parkin ( Snowman, Bob Evans, three time WAMI Producer of the Year) also on board.
Out now on Rubber Records, Easy and the Sun is full of killer melodies, trademark riffs and an unapologetic devotion to smart guitar solos. But if you can’t wait to get to a record store, visit www.easyandthesun.com to stream the album and access lyrics, videos and tour dates.
