FasterLouder presents GetRocked at Byron

If you’re into punk rock, hardcore and extreme sports than you are gonna want to make sure you haul your arse up to Byron Bay this September for the inaugural Get Rocked! festival.

The festival will take place on September and feature a killer line-up of Aussie acts including Spiderbait, Frenzal Rhomb, Behind Crimson Eyes and Parkway Drive.

Get Rocked will take place at Byron Bay High School on September 29 with two main stages showcasing touring acts and the best of local bands.

A pro skate team will take to the 12ft skate ramp bought in for the event, as well as provide demos for the punters on the large street set up. And you can even strut your stuff with the pros – with punters given the op to go head to head against the professional skaters.

Get Rocked is not just a great music event – it’s also designed to provide young people with the opportunity to participate in the development stages and the management of the event.
If you’re aged between 15-25 you can volunteer your time, or also take part an Events Management course for the event – with a Promoters School being set up for the event.
