Cinema Prague to play one-offPerth gig
Mon 6th Aug, 2007 in Local News
As they prepare to release new album Snakes Alive, Cinema Prague will treat their Perth fans to a one-off gig at Club Capitol next month.
The gig, on September 1, will provide a cross-section of the band’s long and illustrious history, which brought four albums between 1989 and 1998 and earned them a solid reputation both at home and overseas. They’ll be joined at the gig by a horn section and although original bassist Rex ‘Hossi’ Horan is unable to play, the Dave Mann Collective’s Roy Martinez has joined the band for their upcoming shows.
Tickets for the show are on sale now through Moshtix (1300 438 849) and are selling fast. Snakes Alive is due for release in January 2008.
