Pixies Confirmed forBenicassim Festival!

After regrouping for a not-so-surprise world tour a few years back, it seems that the Pixies didn’t want to end their return to the spotlight just there. The band confirmed late last week that they’ll be making a live festival return, by adding their legendary talent to the bill of this year’s Benicassim Festival in Spain.

They’ll be joining the already confirmed likes of Depeche Mode, Echo & The Bunnymen, Babyshambles, Franz Ferdinand, The Futureheads, The Strokes, Morrissey, Miss Kittin, Codec & Flexor, White Rose Movement, The Rakes and more.

The fifth annual Benicassim Festival is to take place between July 20-23. Keep an eye out for another solo-release for frontman Frank Black, which is currently set for a July release also.
